Ranger’s Policies

Payment Policy:

Guests are required to pay appropriate camping fees in full at the time of reservation. Please do not change assigned site without approval from the Front/Reservations desk. Only one camper unit per site.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.

For campsite reservations cancelled 30 days up to 2 days prior to your arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid. No refunds will be given after 2 days prior to your arrival.

For cabin reservations cancelled 30 days up to 7 days prior to your arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the amount paid.  No refunds will be given after 7 days prior to your arrival. If cabins are rented after a 7 day or less cancellation, a refund less 10% of the amount paid will be given.
